      Pros

      Anduril is always innovating, moving quick, and building out high quality products.

      Cons

      Company is young and there are some culture clashes when acquisitions happen. It’s short lived though as we ultimately align to our common mission.

      Pros

      A cultural miracle, there's tons of "move-fast break things" but it's logical and healthy. There are plenty of experts & adults in the room. the diversity of products equates to a diversity of teams, and there are a million things getting tried, but the company is very smart about finding the right thing and moving forward.

      Cons

      the break-neck speed of growth means that some growing pains last longer than they should. There's a huge reluctance to fire people- even when it would benefit company goals and team morale. Recruiting is reallyyyyyy rough, it's well known within the company.

      The company has very nice unlimited perks, has a very fast pace on product development, and ultra-high technological level.

      Cons

      The perks are in reality limited, it is growing too fast in a way that have more directors than engineers. Promotions are rare (word of the executives).
