      Pros

      -Limited process and individual empowerment. -Easy acquisitions process

      Cons

      -Inexperienced teams and frenetic changes up to and during integration. -Toxic leadership will hire nontechnical engineers to fill positions and sideload work to technical engineers to meet quotas. -Schedules are developed ad hoc by PMs without engineering inputs or master schedules. -Much of the engineering pool comes form non-defense based companies -Unnecessary stress at an engineering firm -Slow hardware design process with old school software based agility mentality hammered over programs. Not meant for those that wear the ring.

      Pros

      During my time at Anduril, I was enabled, had autonomy, and learned to build the airplane while it was in flight. The company is constantly evolving to be better. Timelines are tight, we failed fast, but usually got it right years before anybody else would have.
