My coworkers are red blooded Americans who are driven by patriotism, a focused mission, the enjoyment of working with cutting edge tech, and a desire to do well in all aspects of their lives. Benefits are great, sure, but the team here is what made the difference for me.

In the digital age - communication methods outnumber the employees. Tough problem to solve for any tech company these days. Wicker, Signal, Slack, Outlooks, Microsoft, Teams, Zoom, ZoomGov....

- I like all my coworkers and feel that we are working towards a common mission. - The work is fulfilling and I get to see the positive results of my work on a regular basis. - There is very little bureaucracy as compared to a normal defense company so I can get work done quickly and get the resources I need.

Cons

- I don’t really see many downsides.
