      Pros

      If you join Anduril you are expected to get stuff done. This is not going to be your typical government contractor gig that takes forever to deliver. We move fast. Great benefits Super smart people Lots of potential

      Some people are not used to fast pace or fast prototyping You will get there. The good energy is contagious.

      Pros

      Fast-paced with a lot of opportunity to grow, compelling mission, competitive pay and benefits. No other company doing the same thing in DoD with this type of technology or level of execution. Every week seems like we're doing super hard, but super impactful things. Love the people I work with - all amazing people who perform at an insanely high level.

      Cons

      Growing too fast and trying to build scalable process causes friction, but there's not other way. They're doing their best to balance growing fast vs. growing sustainably.
