Maybe even the coolest startup in all of California. Almost everyone is great to work with. There are only a handful of a**holes on payroll. -Very high hiring standards mean you are always working with top talent and achieving more, faster than anywhere else -Tons of autonomy; everyone is empowered to do the right thing -Perks/Benefits are good if that's your thing

People who struggle at staying focused and managing their own priorities will have a harder time successfully assimilating.
