In my group: Good mix of experience Sharing of knowledge Great attitudes from everyone, from the managers to the rest of the team. Support for team is very strong. Compensated well.

Cons

Deadlines cause some long hours. Some of the tools used day to day cause issues and delays. Procedures are sometimes hard to follow. (Are improving steadily.)
