- We're growing very fast and solving real problems with superior technology - Motivated and intelligent team-members who won't slow you down - Give engineers responsibility and opportunities to lead impactful projects based on merit and competence over other factors like years of experience - Don't have to live in a tech center like the Bay Area or Seattle - Will be exposed to a large part of the tech stack while working here which gives you great opportunity to learn - Great benefits: Free breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks, good quality and cheap insurance

Cons

- Doing business with the government is slow and bureaucratic, and we often don't know if we win contracts until months after our demos - Recruiting can be difficult due to us not being headquartered in a tech center - Definitely expected to work more than most tech companies, although you are compensated well for it
