Pros

Anduril is a great place to work if you want to grow in your career. If you are a problem solver and enjoy trying things outside of your comfort zone, then this is the perfect environment to do just that. However, the culture at Anduril requires you to be a responsible self-starter if you want to be successful. In addition, working at Anduril is a great opportunity to learn from other employees who are extremely talented in their respective fields. Every person I have had the opportunity to partner with here on a project has taken the time to share ideas and teach me something new. Anduril seems to care deeply for its employee's well-being, with generous leave, time off, and benefits packages.

Cons

While not everyone may view it as a con, to work at Anduril, you must always be a team player and enjoy working on projects outside of your comfort zone. You can be extremely successful at Anduril if you go into the job knowing that.

Pros

- large amount of ownership - fast paced - lots of smart people from a good mix of backgrounds - compensation is competitive - my opinion is always valued - an insane amount of freedom in equipment usage (any operating system, IT is there to help you succeed while keeping you secure) - incredibly little red tape - focused on an in-office environment and the benefits that come from synchronously working closely with others - the food is really good!! - small enough that you can make a significant impact as a single person still - people actually take vacation

Cons

- long workdays at times (but it’s often up to you to decide to work late) - no hand holding, figure it out or you aren’t gonna make it far here - if you’re looking for a super remote friendly ecosystem, this is not the ideal company - infrastructure for software is lacking, which can cause frustrations at times, especially if you’re used to larger companies with mature ecosystems - since lots of people are engrossed in their work, lunch banter doesn’t happen as often and many take short lunches
