Great opportunities, lots of hours

Pros

Anduril is a company that will give you many opportunities for high ownership. You can walk your own path, as there are many, and drive huge amounts of impact across a multitude of teams and products. This is a great company for those of all experience levels to grow their skills. If you'd rather be siloed in your work, or work a cushy 9-5 while *not* being given ample opportunity to experience and learn from many failures and successes, then this is not the company for you. If you're someone who is highly autonomous and can execute on their work when required, this is your place - we'll quickly recognize these traits early on and it'll be worth it. Come join us, we're building some insanely cool stuff - and we're only expanding upon new areas to explore and experiment with.

Cons

The hours can get ridiculous at times and it does not always come without cost. The compensation model is not competitive, that's not to say the upside potential won't be ridiculous in a few years. We definitely cannot compete with top tech companies when it comes to cutting offers.

High Impact, Fast Paced!

Pros

I get to work on super exciting products solving needs for a variety of customers. I get to see my work in the field, and how the changes I make impact the system performance. It is quite rewarding. Benefits are also really good. Free food, gym, office quality, healthcare, vacation bonus, yada yada got the whole deal.

Cons

Things can change quickly (requirements deliverables) and sometimes this yields crunchtime! But honestly can be what makes the work quite enjoyable.

Pros

First and foremost, the benefits are unmatched. Top tier health, dental and vision benefits at NO cost to the employee for premiums, free financial planning services, free catered lunch and dinner daily, fertility benefits, a more than generous parental leave, mental health services, and a vacation policy that actually gives you a 2.5k BONUS for taking vacation. Most employees at Anduril are real go-getters and are efficient in managing their priorities. I really appreciate this atmosphere, as opposed to working in a slow environment where no one is motivated to move quickly or get anything done. I could rely on my whole team of about 20 people to get anything done in an efficient and timely manner, and I cannot say this about any other place I have worked in the past. I have also always felt supported in taking time that I may need off, allowing me to take care of myself mentally and physically. If you are looking for a job at a company where you will never be bored and you are a strong self-starter, then Anduril is the place for you.

Cons

The nature of a start up is the high level of responsibility and work. As long as you a have strong ability to prioritize and you are eager to take on challenges, then you should have no problem working at Anduril!
