Pros

Good pay, great benefits, most teams were generally friendly and laid-back (though there are a few exceptions).

Cons

Formal dress code (including ties) when I was there (although I've heard that's relaxed now). Software infrastructure was average , at best.

Culture is unlike any hedge fund, PE shop, or bank. Family feel, zero egos, open door policy, and everyone is happy to teach/learn from one another.

Cons

Would be great to have more formalized mentor program.
