Great culture, the environment is very collaborative and individual ideas are recognized. One of the best hedge funds to work for.

Cons

Leadership varies by department, some areas are run with an iron fist while others have more freedom. There is not much upward mobility as turnover is limited, so be prepared to be stuck in your role a while.

Cons

Culture and worklife flexibility need improvement. Lots of people who have been there for years who are very set in their ways. Also not a lot of room for growth and development.
