Worked directly with a team and learned so much by participating in fund accounting process. Everyone was willing to help and teach. People are very nice!

Awesome fundraising team makes it easy for strategies to focus on putting capital to work. Free lunch is a nice perk. Great reputation in the industry in multiple areas.

Cons

Diversity is not valued or encouraged. Each strategy operates independently, which gives some measure of autonomy but means switching groups is rare. Culture is very different in each group.
