Hours, great pay and bonus, location (NY office), free lunch, fun in-house events

Cons

Maybe it depends on your group but there are many cliques here, teams that do not work cohesively at all, and folks doing just the bare minimum. No clear direction given when asking for help - end up having to find your own way around.
