Every single person I've interacted with at Angi has been hardworking, consistent, and most importantly CARING. I've seen employees go above and beyond their working responsibilities to help others (both inside and outside of the office) If you want to feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself, apply to work at Angi.

Cons

The nature of the work itself can be mundane and negative. However, with the support of a great team, this "stress is all worth it"

Pros

Defiantly a family oriented company. They value family time and give enough time and flexibility to be with family. The time they allow you to take with your family makes it worth staying. The pay isn't bad compared to other similar companies. Working from home has been the best thing they could have done since we can do the same job from home. They do have a lot of opportunities to get teams together and get out of the office to have fun and get to know each other. They have a ton of contest that allow us to win nice prizes. One thing about Angi they aren't cheap when it comes to taking care of their employees.

Cons

There are too many changes made that are out of our control that affect our income directly. Too many things that benefit the company more than their employees. Seems like they always find ways to reduce our income and put more money in their pockets. Stop being greedy and double dipping. There is no real room for advancement.

Work from home currently, Fantastic Co workers, great managers, pay is great if you ever hit bonus. It seems as if they are trying to make a change to the platform so that their employees make good money again.

Cons

base salary is not competitive, product itself is horrible, sales team not knowing what they are selling which effects your pay directly, you get yelled at by customers on a daily basis, inability to hit goal, not really feeling heard or listened to by upper management.

We take integrity on our sales calls very seriously and have dedicated teams listening in to ensure we are providing a white glove experience for pros and that respectful, productive conversations transpire and have escalations paths in place if needed. We provide opportunities for all team members to feel heard and work towards solutions with managers (and HR) having open door policies with the goal of rectifying issues before there are larger consequences. Coming out of our rebrand last year our Product teams are focused on providing a tailored user experience for home owners and local pros using our platform and we are excited about the new improvements this will bring to our customers and sales reps selling our services.
