- Nice job enviroment - Great scheduling - You don't work under so much pressure, because you control your numbers and the way you like to work the most. - Great platform to talk to - You're constantly learning about negotiation skills and how to mantain a professional profile. - Nice staff. - System tools are easy to navigate through. - There's plenty of time availability and you work on your own. - If you make a mistake, you'll be properly supported.

Cons

- Lack of follow up from the client - QA not in place for the Spanish department - Sometimes the updates are not given in real time.
