Great Compensation Awesome Training Class and Instructors Uncapped Commission

Cons

Team Manager went on vacation for two weeks, my first week on my new team. Director was supposed to sit in her place while she was on vacay (everyone deserves to take their vacation when they please) however Director was less involved and gave no encouragement at all. Then director encouraged me to resign otherwise i would be fired end of day friday for not hitting my metrics. Never offered help or asked questions the whole two weeks leading up to my resignation.

They chose management off who they think fits into their boys club. They changed commissions 5 times in 1 year constantly taking money away from you. And they send the same over dialed leads to ads and leads. They send fake leads to contractors and make them pay each time. It’s a scam. Seems good at first but it’s not. Run and run fast

Cons

Everything about this place is a con. They treat you like children and the commissions change constantly and the leads are over dialed, fake leads they buy from other companies. Run.

Pros

It’s sales so there is always potential to make money. Benefits are decent.

Cons

The potential is super low. In the year I’ve been here they have changed commission payouts 4 times making it lower and lower each time. They send the same leads to both Angi Leads and Angi Ads so you are competing against your own company. Management doesn’t care.
