Pros

Good Money, the culture was great because I was with a great team. You really feel like your part of something great. The Benefits are amazing but the base could be higher.

Cons

The company uses any reason to fire you so they can reduce the workforce and prevent paying out too much severance. Also if you do end up surviving the many rounds of firing sprees, then you are one of the “lucky ones” that get to stick around and maneuver the ever changing commission structure. Since it’s the worst commission structure we have ever seen many of my colleagues have abandoned ship. Simultaneously this is happening while another round of lay offs are happening but this time with severance. Honestly tired of trying to survive this role.

Surrounded by so many individuals that have a high level of expertise and experience in my field; everyone is very nice and collaborative; all seem to be working towards one common goal

Other team members are quite nice. Made some lifelong friends.

Cons

An organization that makes its money through bad sales tactics and targeting small businesses. Not a good place to stay if you ever want to sleep peacefully at night. Due to metric rules, your job is constantly on the edge of termination if you can't keep up. It doesn't matter if you've been there for 10 years, they will fire you at the drop of a hat.
