Pros

Work at home, great growth opportunities, amazing leadership, plus training and leadership development is really strong.

Cons

It can be a grind, you have to be ready to work, but they cap it at 40 hours a week. So, really as long as you come to make money, you can do this.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand that sales is highly competitive and requires determination and tenacity. Our sales targets are realistic and the vast majority of our sales team exceed quota on a regular basis. We believe this contributes to a strong culture and continued success as a business.

Pros

This is a great job opportunity for someone. The work is remote and flexible. There is a generous base pay starting at $16 an hour, however there is a rapid increase to nearly $20 an hour if metrics are met within about a year. However, this is paltry compared to the earning potential that a rep who consistently exceeds Quota by 2 sales can earn well over $100k salary per year. Great benefits as well. Fantastic company culture, upward mobility, and environment.

Cons

This is the most challenging sales job that I have ever had. It is not easy, plain and simple. One must become adept At selling business is a dream over the phone. This is very challenging. High turnover due to difficulty. Self-Discipline, coachability, persistence, are required to be successful.
