Cons

Very hard to get sales. Most contractors dont want the service. If you dont make sales goals you are let go.

work from home is great obviously pay could be good depending on where you are in your career

Cons

difficulties of managing WFH has led to lots of oversight and micromanaging Commission changes have cut compensation rather significantly
