We believe our Project Managers are on the front line to identify these areas for improvement and help management iterate as needed. We have daily meetings between team leads and senior management to ensure our strategic planning considers the experience and feedback of our Project Managers. We drive urgency in our business to ensure we’re remaining competitive in this evolving marketplace, which could feel overwhelming at times. However, we encourage employees to work directly with their managers to set expectations & prioritize goals so they can create a work schedule that allows them to make a strong impact at Angi while still focusing on priorities outside of work. We also offer a flexible paid time off policy with floating holidays so employees can take the time they need to recharge. We invest in our employees by holding weekly 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews to ensure there is a healthy feedback loop between employees & managers. This is to ensure individuals are still excited and empowered by the work they’re doing at Angi.
