There's potential to making decent money

Cons

Manager will push you to be overly aggressive and borderline offensive with your calls to get the sale or get them to hang up. You are singled out in your team setting for a multitude of negative reasons. If you bring up concerns, it might get partially addressed then your manager will move on and stop responding.

Training team was very enthusiastic and encouraging.

Cons

Lots of cold calling. Lots of repeat numbers. Be prepared to get yelled at on the phones.
