Seeing between the smoking mirrors before performing a job that felt like to me, potentially trapping consumers into contracts, but to each their own. Thoroughly research the condition of the company (ex. financial condition over past 10 years, satisfaction rating from contractors, etc) to make a fully educated decision before accepting a job offer.

Cons

The company itself, allegedly (based on feedback I read from multiple consumers). Research reviews on different platforms (confirm they are written by verified/valid employees and consumers) BEFORE believing the fluff reviews possibly written by the (seemingly insecure) “Yes, man” of the company.

Management cared, encouraged PTO, listened to opinions, made sure morale was kept up. Did not micromanage.

Cons

At this time, other than regular work stuff, there is nothing major that sticks out to me.

Most teams are fully remote.

Cons

Not what the company once was. CEO only cares about profit on quarterly reviews. Everything is a number, AI is the new solution, do more work with less people. Every year management is told to keep an idea of what employees should be riffed within the next year. Majority of possisions are underpaid. It's sad what it has become.
