You will not become a better developer here - only a better Angi employee by wasting your time learning how to program in their specific set ups. "Culture" means drinking the cool aid and buying Angi merch or using their new zoom background images while being excited that your team was congratulated in a useless meeting instead of being given a raise. Disorganization at every level and big decisions are made with no plan for implementing them.
