Hello, We completely empathize with our team members, no matter what you change with a compensation model, it always adds stress to alter our pitches and behaviors to account for the change. Over the years as we continued to improve our sales, our scales got out of wack and we simply had to align more of our compensation around actual profit coming into the business instead of being so nominally focused. That comes with pros and cons to our sales team, but it ultimately aligns with satisfaction and profits for our pros, the company, and our sales team.
