      Pros

      Good health insurance. Remote work.

      Cons

      Poor management and onboarding, leadership helped nothing, you need to figure out everything on your own while there are lots of orphan projects. No transparency, you don't know anything like re-org in advance No access to systems though they are needed in work, which makes simple work become much more complex

      Lie to get you to come on board

      Work from home. That’s it. Nothing else

      Cons

      You make cold calls all day long. They tell you all these lies about big money and multipliers but you are essentially a body to read a script and cold call people all day long and blow their phones up
