Pros

Good for resume, and to get better opportunities. Also great money.

Cons

Toxic environment, sink or swim when it comes to being successful. They don’t really care about their employees, only if you’re making them the sales. If not you’re fired. Pretty pathetic given they don’t have the best reputation which makes it 3x as hard to get the sales.
