Incredible Pay if you love the grind. Being able to write my own check and in turn right my own story has been amazing. The rewards far exceed the everyday challenges. ANGI has allowed me to grow so much and there’s more to come! I am truly thankful everyday for the opportunity to be a part of ANGI. Presidents Club Trips are outstanding!

Cons

Can be mentally difficult at times, but with the team support available, it makes it easier and fun.

Pros

You're surrounded by smart, well-meaning, collaborative people across the board. There is so much surface area that asking for help is imperative and therefore encouraged - never will you go to someone (be it your peers or your leaders) for help at Angi and be turned away. There are endless, challenging problems to be solved in an industry that's yet to see major disruption - this promises exciting upside, especially for avid problem solvers. The culture is "grown up:" professional and personable - everyone is eager to do their best without ego.

Cons

Angi is 3 companies in one which brings with it a natural accumulation of things that can slow down your day-to-day. Like, tech debt, missing documentation, legacy lore / learnings that are given more weight than they might deserve. Nothing scary, just a reality of working at a larger company with a lot of history. These realities are known and openly acknowledged but given the company's scale, they will take time to address and fix meaning progress can seem slow.
