Our main goal is to deliver Jobs Done Well, and we've been aligning our teams and resources to better achieve that. We respectfully disagree with the idea that we don't support DEI. We're continuously working to improve and expand our Employee Resource Groups and regularly host events to encourage broad participation across the organization. Angi is committed to hiring talented individuals and fostering an inclusive environment where all employees can be themselves. We focus on offering opportunities to those we believe will be most successful in a particular role. When it comes to compensation packages, many factors play a part, including but not limited to years of experience, geographic location, and specific role responsibilities. Regarding your comment about racial bias, Angi has clear policies against such behavior.
