Pros

The remote sales environment is one that thrives on self motivation. Our group video conferencing is great for when you need to find motivation to keep grinding. If you grind hard enough, you will be rewarded very well monetarily.

Cons

It's a hard sell. You must lean into the emotional aspect of your conversations in order to have high close rates. You will close a few deals on logic, but you'll make more money pulling the heart strings. Some days the grind is a battle, but it's all about mindset. Why are you here? Why do I want to make 6 figures? Without a why, you will burn out.
