Great coworkers and decent money.

Cons

Micromanaging, they make you harass clients to try to make sales, VERY high turnover and will fire you quick if you aren’t meeting your sales metrics.

I love working for Angi Leads! I was definitely nervous coming aboard because I had been out of the professional loop for some time, but once I got hired there was always someone there to help me with any questions small or big. I moved up from tier 1 to tier 4 all in under a year! The benefits are amazing and the pay is great, I can honestly say even though I work remotely I have gained a family in my peers, management is so understanding and they offer so many different groups that you can join if you are ever going threw things that you just need a boost with, I love my Angi family and plan on staying FOREVER

Great remote job for those comfortable with "cold-calling"

9-5 job to work from home Training is extensive and paid for Management easy to speak with Base pay is $15 with good potential for bonuses based on ad sales

Cons

They won't call it cold-calling but it's basically what you're doing. Selling add space to companies, with more they pay, the higher up their ad is seen on Angi website. So, smaller companies that cannot afford higher ads will be buried under the bigger ones. Felt morally wrong at times. Required two closed deals before a trial period ends or you lose position
