Pros

Minimal micromanaging. Great coworkers. Job is as described. Managers actually care about you. Unlimited PTO is truly unlimited- you’re encouraged to take off as much time as needed and requests put in 2 weeks or more in advance are automatically approved.

Cons

Promised yearly bonus cycle keeps being put off.

Pros

It will be 2 years in March for myself I can tell you that working here at Angi's I have personally moved up twice. There are many opportunities to always grow and move up and the pay is fair with Annual Bonus and raise based on performance.

Cons

The lack of having a solid plan in place for the combinations of websites was a tad bit chaotic. So this makes for some policy and customer confusion that could have been avoided.

- overbearing managers - work until burnout sets in - quick to discipline in regards to quotas even with proven record with company
