Pros

It seems like a pretty laid back company culture where you're given the independence to get your work done and can take time as needed to handle personal matters. I'm relatively new to the company, but all interactions I've had have been very positive between the hiring process and since starting.

Cons

Tech debt seems like it has accumulated over the years, but work is being done to address it.

- folks in every team are really smart, but also very friendly and approachable - more recently, managers have been proactive at braking down the walls across teams. If an individual has a feature that overlaps with repositories your team is responsible for, instead of waiting until that team gets that work done, that individual needs to roll up their sleeve (with some support) and get it done. - features are rolled out quickly and get tested for customer adoption. This is great because it allows us to only keep things that are useful to our customers. - our internal product team is pretty energized right now and there's a whole bunch of initiatives in the pipeline

Cons

- there is enough legacy code to bring down an elephant. Good news though, there is appetite across each vertical to unify into one stack - rebar, react, kotlin etc
