      Pros

      You may get to move up quickly due to the high turnover and their desperate need for employees willing to tolerate the bad leadership.

      Cons

      This is the worst company that I have ever worked for. There is an incredible amount of turnover with both the nursing and corporate staff. You will be disrespected and paid poorly. Apply anywhere else.
