1. Good Cab facility 2. Good Insurance facility

Cons

1. Too many unnecessary meetings and presentations 2. Lots of politics 3. Unstable and very poor leadership 4. Poor work life balance 5. Presentation skill is given more importance than technical skills.

Pros

Employee benefits are good and fine tuned every year to suit your needs

Cons

Growth opportunities are low, difficult to get promotion if you’re not “politically visible” in the organization. Promotions and hikes are handed out to the one who are visible and not to the ones who deserve it. If you are an individual contributor and like to work without bragging about it or don’t like to send MoMs and do admin work to make yourself visible to the senior management - probably it’s not the right place for you.
