Gifts are good. Salary is decent.

Cons

Incompetent managers, senior managers and directors Promotion equals lesser work at GAC. That's the notion these people have. Some of them just refuse to work. A black mark on one's resume as the quality of work here is very poor. They call BI as machine learning here.
