- accessibility of office (away from center and distractions) - depending on team, exceptional leadership or quite bad - great benefits (pension,health)

Cons

- toxic work culture - inter competition between BUs fostering hidden agendas and non-sharing of best business practices - leadership left to play favoritism and intimidating employees into giving false feedback on leadership quality - leadership focused only on KPI results, not employee welfare.
