      Best beer in the world, Cab Facility, Might get a good boss

      Cons

      Their expectation from the employees are sky high but their commitment for their own employees (including some of the top performers) can't be trusted. Despite of you working with your heart and soul, deliver results and add a lot of value to the company, if you are in a situation the company will never consider it and best thing is they feel proud of it.

      Most of your fellow peer employees are good people. The older employees have worked their way up the career ladder.

      Cons

      Almost all promotions are given to underqualified sales or global management employees. Wholesalers and retailers complain because the people put in charge of the sales team have no real experience.
