Pros

Cons
-Meritocracy is preached but a majority of promotions prior to director level are circumstantial (i.e. backfilling) -Those who succeed in this company are those that take a "live to work" approach as opposed to "work to live" -Field sales management personnel are required to be in their roles for two years before promotion, while the rest of the company is not bound to that rule
