      Pros

      Free beer and great people(that eventually quit). The learning curve is huge and you gain a lot of knowledge in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Strictly short term focused. Turnover is huge and you're often thrown another persons mess because they have left the company.

      Pros

      Great benefits, how ever they go up and down as ABInbev continues to find savings while trying to find their identity in the US.

      Cons

      Values employees straight from college(management program) over experienced employees. While I see the value of the program they push out experienced employees in management in order to make room for them. Their inexperience demotivates other employees and it delays them getting promoted as well. Also if you are not willing to move all over the United States they will get rid of you...just being very honest.
