      Pros

      Great brands addressing a wide range consumer occasions with strong market recognition. All beers in top 3 in their categories. Starting to focus on portfolio strengths and weaknesses to address range needs.

      Cons

      Lacks clear and focused message through the business that . Budget changes create a sense of change on the horizon. Management trainees are not the only answer to the future of the business. Sales mix across channels is an issue that drives the wrong behaviour.

      If you stick around the right people in the company there might be good chances for progression.

      Cons

      The culture they are promoting is inexistent, everybody is looking only for themselves, management is clueless of what actually goes on.

      Pros

      A proud heritage. Great people and environment to work with in general, and great beers from the world to enjoy after a hard day's work!

      Cons

      Could have been more agile at getting things done if the business was less de-centralised. That said, the "can-do" attitude and positive intent in general was strong.
