      Pros

      I learned a lot at the job, and the people were great to work with. Benefits were very good, and there was a good vacation policy.

      Cons

      Very little job security, and when people leave the company or if they are let go, responsibilities fall on the people left behind. It can be overwhelming and there is very little work/life balance. They really only care about the bottom line, and not at all about the people who work for the company.

      Industry reputation is solid when you are the clear leader in the world.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Workaholic by anxiety. Never-ending fire-drills. The word ASAP replaces periods. Reactionary management. Little room at the top if you are not part of the clique.
