Pros
Working for one of ABI is one of the greatest experiences I have had. You are always given the chance to grow, facing new challenges in every step you take in the company. Though the workload might get heavy, the company pays well and it also has a lot of other benefits. If I were to highlight something, it is the way you have access to every person working for the company, leaving behind unnecessary bureaucracies that in other places could get frustrating.
Cons
Sometimes, especially during the high season, the workload increases significantly and if you are not well organized your life could get unbalanced requiring you to focus 24/7 on your work.
