      Pros

      You can say you work for AB instead of a company no one has heard of. Pay is fair if you do get a FT position.

      Cons

      Bad management Outsourcing Hard to Advance because of the outsourcing Extremely corporate mindset, meaning they don't care about you as employees but demand a lot from you. Require you to work full-time 40 hours a week for an hourly rate and no benefits (I did this for a year before getting outsourced). Everyone clammers for the few full-time positions available which go to former employees who have been a victim of outsourcing.

      Great pay for a part-time job, interesting jobs while working there, and the possibility of getting a full-time position there.

      Cons

      Have to work off shifts a lot such as afternoons and midnights. Also during the high season a weekender cannot have one weekend off.
