      Inspiring leadership. Positive culture, Grooming,Guidance. Quick growth directly proportional to your talent and ample opportunities to move around and learn new things. Awesome Reward & recognition programs. Runs lot of employee upskill and upgrade programs. Open and respectful to new ideas and suggestion. Company really emphasizes on work life balance. Leaves & holidays policies are better than many organizations. Employee development & carrier guidance . Competitive compensation. Great bonus. Amazing hi-end transport and subsidized meal facility.

      Cons

      Streamlining of few aspects.(there is always scope of improvement). IT process , access request etc(Multiple Vendor support makes it little complex at times). Usage of multiple tools and applications. ( this has a scope of integration and I am sure company is working to streamline this)
