Pros
The culture of the company is all about taking ownership of your work & extra projects, and rewarding great talents (meritocracy) which I find is very fair as you get what you put in. The company is very informal and everyone is approachable for a chat making the environment feel more welcoming. If you have any great ideas share them as they will be taken on board and you’ll be implementing them.
Cons
Work/life balance is a bit of a struggle, maybe due to the fact that there is so much going on but at least it’s all enjoyable making it less taxing
