Pros

Big Brands and involved with everything from sports, to music. Great access to cool events. Scale to produce huge activations with all the bells and whistles. Strong experiential company

Cons

Weak on strategy, So fast pace focus is on execution besides solving category/brand issues. Not a lot of ownership in brand development, own smaller projects but job titles are less than other companies. Weak marketing fundamentals across the board, very subjective vs consumer driven. Bonuses are rarely paid out, it's hit or miss unless you work at global Culture does not really care about employees. Work long hours, stay in awful hotels, and work as individuals vs high productive teams. If you are not Brazilian or Belgian/non American you have a management ceiling. Does not care about diversity, poor on cultivating diverse employees. Slight focus on women until senior management positions. This leads to lack of understanding for diverse consumers as senior management is not in tuned with different types of cultures in the US.

Pros

Fast growing and no formality in ways of working. Many chance for different position due to many M&A's happening locally / globally.

Cons

Poor in diversity all senior management is occupied by Brazilian limiting local talent for advancement, Top MBAs (especially Harvard, Wharton, CEIBS, INSEAD, LBS, Stanford) are highly touted with attractive package but usually leave company in less than 2 years

Pros

You'll find amazing and truly motivated colleagues and a job challenging enough to keep them that way. There's not one day that it's the same as the one before it, and you never stop learning

Cons

It's not perfect, it's not Paradise, but if you match the culture and share our dream, you'll definetly be at home.
