      Gratifying to work with such a powerful Beer Portfolio. In addition to Beer, in our región we commercialize the Coca-Cola Company Porftolio which is also a powerful portfolio.

      I have a 10 year career, it has been a wonderful path. a lot of challenges and constat learning. The best its the way the company push you to expand your status quo.

      Good company overall, great if you start as a trainee

      Pros

      - great environment - amazing people - fast paced and not boring

      Cons

      - some people might not like such a fast paced and always changing environment - career management is not done great - there is a clear distinction between trainees and business as usual employees. There will be always a new job or position ready for a trainee but not for a normal employee. The company should really tackle this issue as it impacts the motivation of employees a lot.
