      Dynamic and challenging ambience, excellent people with competitive mindset working in a system that allows you to grow through the Enterprise based in your acomplishments, a great culture which the company works very hard to bring to life through everything it touches and the possibility to work and learn from a wide variety of things as the company´s operations involve a wide variety of areas of expertice. Focus on good leadership, which empowers people through motivation and competition.

      Cons

      Competition might be too intense for some people. If you don´t fit with the culture you are unlikely going to enjoy the ambience.

      stable job, co-workers are helpful, beer every Friday, occasional events with food. If you need a day off, you can get it

      They ride their employees hard. coming in early and staying late are expected, working weekends too.

      Too focused on cost cutting. Eight years after the buy out we're left fixing problems caused by cost cutting proposals that did more harm than good.
