      Free monthly beer allotment, access to events and games (if you worked during them)

      Cons

      The NY WOD in the Bronx, is filled with Nepotism. Negative work environment. If they like you or you come from St Louis, you will move through the ranks quickly. HR is a biased rude one woman show. Plays alot of favorites and talks about other people with select few associates.

      Pros

      Very strong company with a very strong heritage and tremendous workforce. Anheuser-Busch is dogmatic about performance improvement and waste reduction. Strong business focus.

      Cons

      Transition over the last several years that has shifted primary focus from employees as the Company's greatest assets to employees feeling and being expendable. Expectations have tripled while resources have been cut in half.
