      Pros

      Really push you to innovate and give you opportunities to showcase your work. Management is relatively flat and open to suggestions.

      Cons

      It's a large company and it can be hard to get all the parts moving toward a common goal. That's to be expected from any company this size though.

      Company if owners. People succeed based on how efficient and hard-working they are. Trying to do things differently now.

      Cons

      Weak training. Many leadership changes. Unclear company culture as much org shifting has happened over past two years. Lack of career certainty.
